Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a positive first and last impression.
- Manage the main switchboard and route incoming calls efficiently and professionally.
- Handle incoming mail, packages, and deliveries with accuracy and care.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area.
- Assist with guest check-in and check-out procedures, including identity verification.
- Process payments and manage point of sale transactions.
- Monitor building security and access control systems to ensure guest safety.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate (Entry Level).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using computers and basic property management software.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must present a professional appearance and adhere to grooming standards.
