Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during check-in/out, addressing all inquiries with professionalism and local knowledge
- Manage reservations efficiently using Opera property management system
- Process payments accurately and maintain secure cash handling protocols
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet teams to resolve guest requests promptly
- Upsell hotel amenities and packages to enhance guest experiences
- Maintain detailed records of guest preferences and special requests
- Handle emergency situations calmly and according to hotel procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year front desk or customer service experience in hospitality
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Basic knowledge of Dallas attractions and transportation
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
