Responsibilities

- Managing check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.

- Assisting with room assignments and special guest requests.
- Ensuring the front desk area is organized, clean, and welcoming.
- Processing payments and managing credit card transactions securely.
- Answering phone calls and emails promptly.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
