Responsibilities
- Deep-clean and sanitize guest rooms including bed-making, bathroom scrubbing, and surface disinfection
- Replace linens, towels, and amenities while maintaining inventory control
- Vacuum carpets, dust furniture, and polish fixtures to meet 5-star standards
- Report maintenance issues and room deficiencies promptly to supervisors
- Follow safety protocols for chemical handling and equipment usage
- Stock housekeeping carts efficiently for maximum productivity
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely room turnover
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 25 lbs
- Attention to detail with commitment to cleanliness excellence
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment operation
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends/holidays
- Strong time management and organizational skills
