Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Guest Services: Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently using our property management system.
- Communication: Answer incoming phone lines, manage emails, and respond to guest inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Shift Management: Work various shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays to support 24/7 operations.
- Information Desk: Provide accurate information regarding local attractions, dining, and transportation to guests.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage the front desk area, including mail services, faxes, and cash handling.
Qualifications

- Availability: Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
