Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at check-in/check-out and during guest interactions
- Manage room reservations and optimize occupancy for weekend stays
- Handle cash operations and credit card transactions accurately
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly using our PMS system
- Uphold brand standards through meticulous facility inspections
- Assist with weekend event setup and VIP guest accommodations
Qualifications
- 1+ years hospitality or customer service experience required
- Flexible weekend availability (Fri-Sun evenings/nights)
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera preferred)
- Strong multitasking abilities in high-pressure scenarios
- Basic cash handling and reconciliation experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills preferred
- Valid Texas Food Handler certification a plus
- Positive attitude with solution-oriented mindset
