- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly using de-escalation techniques
- Process payments and maintain secure financial transaction protocols
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet teams
- Execute upselling strategies to enhance guest experience and revenue
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities
- Basic knowledge of DC/VA attractions and transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
