Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors with a professional demeanor, checking them in and directing them to the appropriate person or area.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls with courtesy and efficiency using a multi-line phone system.
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is always tidy, organized, and presentable.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries accurately.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding company services or directions.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments.
- Maintain a log of visitors and security protocols to ensure a safe environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or in a similar administrative role preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-service oriented mindset.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Prior experience with access control systems or switchboards is a plus.
