Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to all visitors, clients, and employees upon arrival.
- Reception Management: Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails promptly and courteously.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage check-in/check-out procedures for guests, including issuing keys and collecting payments.
- Administrative Support: Assist with mail sorting, package deliveries, and maintaining the reception area's cleanliness and organization.
- Information Dispensation: Answer general inquiries regarding building services, local directions, and company policies.
- Safety Compliance: Monitor building security systems and assist with access control protocols.
Qualifications
