Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences using Opera property management system
- Manage room reservations, upgrades, and special requests with meticulous attention to detail
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly while maintaining service excellence
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet departments for seamless operations
- Process payments, handle cash transactions, and balance daily reports
- Act as hotel ambassador by providing local recommendations and transportation assistance
- Maintain accurate guest profiles and preferences for personalized service
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with property management systems (Opera, Fidelio, or similar)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in high-pressure situations
- Valid Colorado driver's license preferred
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Denver tourism and attractions
- Professional appearance and positive demeanor
