Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the housekeeping department to ensure efficiency and high standards.
- Supervise, train, and mentor housekeeping staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, suites, and public areas to ensure compliance with brand standards.
- Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities, and place orders as needed.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints regarding cleanliness and amenities with professionalism and urgency.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Prepare and submit daily work reports and payroll records.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality management certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in housekeeping or hospitality management.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects for extended periods.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management systems.
- Fluency in English; bilingual skills are highly valued.
