Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out processes efficiently using hotel management systems
- Handle reservations, modifications, and inquiries with professionalism and accuracy
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to management
- Process payments, manage cash floats, and maintain financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and dining teams for seamless operations
- Uphroom high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area
- Assist with emergency procedures and ensure guest safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- 1+ years of front desk or customer service experience in hotels
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, Fidelio, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in high-pressure situations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of El Paso attractions and local area
