Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Check guests in and out efficiently using the hotel Property Management System (PMS).
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with the highest level of professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Assist with reservations, room assignments, and special requests.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
- Process payments and manage guest folios accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in a front desk or hospitality role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel PMS software.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Must maintain a professional appearance and grooming standards.
