Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during check-in/out and throughout their stay
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries with precision
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Utilize property management systems efficiently
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk experience required
- Proficiency with Opera or similar PMS systems
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Valid Minnesota hospitality certification preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
