Responsibilities
- Manage check-in/check-out processes with precision and efficiency
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Process reservations and maintain accurate room status reports
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance guest satisfaction
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Operate PMS systems (Opera) and manage billing transactions
- Ensure strict adherence to brand standards and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency with property management systems (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Valid California driver's license (for va/shuttle duties)
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred
- Basic knowledge of Fresno attractions and local area
