Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out processes with precision and warmth
- Handle reservation inquiries and optimize room occupancy
- Resolve guest concerns promptly using problem-solving skills
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Utilize PMS systems to update guest preferences and history
- Act as local tourism ambassador for El Paso attractions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Opera or similar PMS software
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid Texas driver's license (for local errands)
- Spanish language fluency preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Basic knowledge of El Paso tourism landscape
- High school diploma or equivalent required
