As the first point of contact for our guests, you play a pivotal role in creating memorable experiences and ensuring the seamless operation of our front-of-house services.

Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, managing the check-in and check-out process efficiently and accurately.
- Answer and manage incoming calls and emails, routing inquiries to the appropriate department or staff members promptly.
- Process payments, including credit cards and cash, while ensuring all financial transactions are recorded correctly in the property management system.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, lobby, and public spaces to uphold our high standards of hospitality.
- Handle guest complaints or special requests with empathy and professionalism, escalating complex issues to the manager when necessary.
- Assist with concierge services, including local recommendations, transportation arrangements, and tour bookings.
- Ensure all guest records are updated and maintained in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; hospitality or hotel management certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a front desk, guest services, or reception role preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Opera or StayNTouch.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
- Professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude.
