- Assist guests with directions, recommendations, and local information.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications

- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Proficiency in computer systems, including POS and reservation software.
