Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at check-in, check-out, and during daily interactions
- Manage room assignments and coordinate housekeeping operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Operate hotel management systems (PMS) and POS technology
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards across all public areas
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer proficiency with willingness to learn new systems
- Valid driver's license (if required for shuttle duties)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
