Responsibilities
- Greet and warmly welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a seamless check-in process.
- Handle check-outs efficiently, processing payments and managing account closures.
- Answer and route incoming calls, manage the switchboard, and provide information about local attractions.
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding hotel amenities, room service, and directions.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby spaces.
- Address guest complaints or special requests with patience, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous front desk experience in a hotel or luxury hospitality setting is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and a positive, customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling.
