Responsibilities
- Perform efficient check-in and check-out procedures for all guests, ensuring accuracy and a warm welcome.
- Manage incoming phone calls and emails with professionalism, responding to inquiries promptly.
- Handle guest complaints and requests with empathy and problem-solving skills to ensure high satisfaction.
- Maintain a pristine lobby and common areas, ensuring the hotel meets our high aesthetic standards.
- Assist with reservations, room assignments, and key management as needed.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or guest services role within the hospitality industry.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel property management systems (PMS).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- A valid driver's license is preferred.
