Responsibilities

  • Execute a warm and professional greeting for all guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive.
  • Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS) such as Opera or StayNTouch.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with patience, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations, room assignments, and guest accounts to ensure seamless operations.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are clean, ready, and any maintenance issues are promptly addressed.
  • Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions accurately while adhering to company policies.
  • Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk and lobby areas.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior hospitality or front desk experience is a plus.
  • Strong computer literacy and experience with property management software (PMS).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20 lbs).
