Responsibilities
- Execute a warm and professional check-in and check-out process for all guests.
- Manage high-volume front desk operations efficiently during peak hours.
- Answer incoming calls, manage emails, and respond to guest inquiries via various channels.
- Process payments and handle financial transactions accurately using hotel software.
- Provide exceptional concierge services, including local recommendations and transportation assistance.
- Assist with lobby maintenance and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve guest needs promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in Hospitality is preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in front desk operations or guest services.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Fluency in English; bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
