Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate guest records in hotel management systems
- Process payments and manage cash drawer procedures

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- 1+ years front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic mathematical aptitude for financial transactions
- Multilingual capabilities (Spanish/Chinese) highly desirable
- Valid California driver's license for occasional errands
