Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere at all times.
- Handle front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and efficient room assignments.
- Manage phone inquiries, email correspondence, and guest requests promptly and accurately.
- Assist with the check-out process, including billing verification and payment collection.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and hotel occupancy statistics.
- Collaborate closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Opera or similar software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude.
