- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel/hospitality experience
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Proficient in hotel management software (Opera preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
- Flexible schedule availability (nights, weekends, holidays)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Texas state gaming license (if applicable to property)
