Responsibilities
- Manage daily front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments with precision.
- Ensure every guest receives a warm welcome and resolve any issues or complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Collaborate closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to maintain pristine facility standards.
- Process payments accurately and manage hotel folios and billing inquiries.
- Handle reservations, special requests, and concierge services efficiently.
- Adhere strictly to all safety, security, and health regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude are essential.
