Responsibilities
- Greet and Register Guests: Welcome visitors warmly, process check-ins and check-outs efficiently using hotel management software.
- Answer Communications: Manage incoming calls and emails with a professional and polite demeanor.
- Lobby Management: Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and professional appearance of the front desk area and lobby.
- Guest Assistance: Provide directions, local recommendations, and answer inquiries regarding hotel amenities and services.
- Financial Transactions: Accurately process payments, handle cash, and balance daily reports.
- Problem Resolution: Address guest concerns and complaints immediately to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Shift Coordination: Adhere to all shift schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or reception is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management systems (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible, rotating shifts.
