Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and greet all guests and visitors with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and registration using our Property Management System.
- Answer and manage multi-line phone systems with accuracy and professionalism.
- Handle incoming correspondence, including mail, faxes, and packages, ensuring timely distribution.
- Assist with administrative tasks, data entry, and maintaining accurate guest records.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, reception area, and common spaces.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for arrival.
What We Are Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a front desk, reception, or hospitality role is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (preferred).
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
