Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests by greeting them warmly and addressing inquiries promptly.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy in all transactions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment in the lobby and common areas.
- Handle incoming phone calls and messages professionally and route them to the appropriate department.
- Stock and organize supplies in the front desk and housekeeping areas to ensure operational efficiency.
- Support housekeeping staff with room preparation and linen management as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Basic computer literacy and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn the hospitality industry.
