Responsibilities
- Greet & Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests upon arrival, managing check-in and check-out procedures with speed and accuracy.
- Guest Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, complaints, and requests, resolving issues to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Operations: Answer multi-line phone systems, process payments, manage reservations, and maintain the organization of the front desk.
- Concierge Services: Assist guests with local recommendations, transportation, and special requests to enhance their stay.
- Maintenance: Communicate maintenance needs to the engineering team and coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready for arrivals.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, front desk operations, or customer service is preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Skills: Strong computer literacy and familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
