Responsibilities
- Execute smooth and efficient guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues immediately, escalating complex matters to the General Manager when necessary.
- Handle cash transactions, credit card processing, and night audit duties with 100% accuracy.
- Maintain a pristine lobby and common areas, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Assist in coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest requests promptly.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or concierge role within the hospitality industry.
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality or business degree preferred.
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) such as Opera, StayNTouch, or similar software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
