Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or concierge role within the hospitality industry.
  • High school diploma or GED required; hospitality or business degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) such as Opera, StayNTouch, or similar software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
