Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/check-outs with precision during overnight hours
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergency situations promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for urgent requests
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with exceptional service
- Perform nightly reconciliation of cash and credit transactions
- Conduct property security rounds and report any irregularities
- Prepare comprehensive shift handover documentation for day staff
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS)
- Exceptional communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
