Responsibilities
- Manage check-in/check-out processes for 100+ guests daily using Opera PMS system
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with empathy and professionalism
- Process payments, manage folios, and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness
- Execute upselling strategies for room upgrades and premium services
- Maintain security protocols for guest information and property access
- Contribute to daily revenue management through rate adjustments and availability
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- Basic proficiency in reservation systems (Opera, Fidelio, or similar)
- Exceptional communication skills and multilingual ability a plus
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments with attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Passion for service excellence and problem-solving mindset
- Previous customer service experience in retail or hospitality preferred
