Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, managing check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Answer multi-line phone systems, directing calls and taking accurate messages.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, balancing daily reports.
- Manage mail, packages, and guest inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and lobby environment.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or reception is preferred.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be friendly, approachable, and detail-oriented.
