Responsibilities
- Execute a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process for all guests, ensuring accuracy in registration and billing.
- Manage reservations and room assignments using hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, resolving complaints, and anticipating guest needs.
- Handle cash handling, credit card transactions, and reconcile daily bank deposits with precision.
- Maintain the lobby area and public spaces to ensure a welcoming and pristine environment.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; previous hospitality experience preferred.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with reservation software.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
