Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently, ensuring a smooth check-in experience.
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Assist guests with local directions, restaurant recommendations, and transportation arrangements.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately using hotel property management systems.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming lobby and common areas to ensure a high standard of presentation.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for arrivals.
- Handle emergency situations calmly and follow established safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with POS systems.
- A friendly, approachable, and detail-oriented demeanor.
