Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests with a warm smile and checking them in efficiently using our property management system.
- Handling guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Managing phone calls and emails, providing accurate information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
- Assisting in the daily operations of the front desk during peak hours.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the lobby area and common spaces.
- Collaborating with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and MS Office.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
