About the Role
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, managing front desk operations, and ensuring smooth administrative processes.
Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm and professional welcome to all visitors, clients, and guests entering the building.
- Reception Management: Answer incoming phone calls, route them appropriately, and manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and organized.
- Administrative Support: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, package deliveries, and distribute messages efficiently.
- Customer Assistance: Assist visitors with directions, answer general inquiries, and provide information about the company and local area.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of guest visits and manage check-in/check-out processes for temporary tenants.
- Facility Maintenance: Monitor building security, assist with access control, and report any maintenance issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Experience: No prior experience is necessary. We are looking for a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Computer Skills: Basic proficiency with computers and office software (Microsoft Office Suite) is preferred.
