Responsibilities
- Greeting Visitors: Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests, clients, and vendors entering the facility.
- Phone Management: Answer multi-line phones with a friendly voice, screen calls, and transfer or take accurate messages.
- Reception Duties: Manage the reception area, ensuring it is organized, clean, and presentable at all times.
- Information Dissemination: Direct visitors to the correct departments or individuals and provide general information about the company or building services.
- Mail and Package Handling: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
- Administrative Support: Assist with basic data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
- Customer Service: Handle inquiries professionally and resolve issues or escalate them to management when needed.
Qualifications
