Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional greeting to all visitors, clients, and employees, managing the front lobby area with excellence.
- Phone Management: Answer incoming calls in a courteous and efficient manner, directing calls to the appropriate departments or taking detailed messages.
- Mail and Packages: Sort, distribute, and log incoming mail and packages in a timely and organized manner.
- Reception Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining the reception area, and managing visitor sign-in logs.
- Customer Assistance: Respond to inquiries regarding building amenities, directions, and office policies in a helpful and professional manner.
- Security Protocol: Monitor access points, ensuring only authorized personnel and visitors enter the building according to safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required; additional certification in Office Administration is a plus but not mandatory.
- Experience: No prior experience is required. We value potential and attitude over years of tenure.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone demeanor.
- Computer Skills: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and modern computer systems.
- Interpersonal: A friendly, approachable, and service-oriented personality with a strong customer service ethic.
