Responsibilities
- Execute seamless check-in and check-out procedures for all guests, ensuring accuracy and speed.
- Act as the primary point of contact for incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Resolve guest issues and complaints with empathy, efficiency, and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Provide exceptional concierge services, including local recommendations and transportation arrangements.
- Maintain a pristine lobby and front desk area at all times, adhering to high hygiene standards.
- Process payments accurately and prepare daily financial reports.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest requests promptly.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a luxury hotel front desk or customer service role.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on professionalism.
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) is highly preferred.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED required; a degree in Hospitality is a plus.
- Professional appearance and grooming standards.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a significant advantage.
