- Handle incoming phone calls and emails with professionalism and accuracy.
- Process payments and reconcile daily financial transactions.
- Address guest complaints or special requests promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
- Assist with concierge services, including local area recommendations and transportation arrangements.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby spaces.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality experience is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel reservation software.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform light physical tasks.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is highly preferred.
