Responsibilities
- Provide a warm, welcoming greeting to all guests and visitors upon arrival.
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and room key distribution.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area to ensure a high-quality guest experience.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with a solution-oriented approach.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of daily transactions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college education is a plus but not mandatory.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or reception is not required (we train all new hires).
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or basic computer operations.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20 lbs).
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
