Responsibilities
- Lead front desk operations with 24/7 oversight and team mentorship
- Personalize guest experiences through preference tracking and anticipatory service
- Resolve complex guest inquiries with discretion and solution-oriented approaches
- Collaborate with housekeeping, valet, and F&B teams for cohesive service delivery
- Implement revenue management strategies through upselling and room optimization
- Conduct daily briefings and performance reviews for front desk associates
- Manage VIP arrivals and special event coordination with attention to detail
Qualifications
- 5+ years luxury hotel experience with 2+ years in leadership roles
- Expert knowledge of Opera PMS and property management systems
- Exceptional communication skills with multilingual proficiency (Spanish preferred)
- Proven crisis management and conflict resolution abilities
- Strong financial acumen with room control and revenue management expertise
- Austin market familiarity and deep understanding of local tourism landscape
- Valid Texas Food Handler certification and ServSafe credentials
