Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process.
- Manage incoming phone calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency.
- Handle cash transactions and process credit card payments accurately via the Point of Sale system.
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding local attractions, directions, and hotel amenities.
- Monitor security systems and maintain a secure and organized reception area.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest requests promptly.
- Update guest information and maintain accurate records in the property management system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior hospitality or reception experience is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
