Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/check-outs efficiently while maintaining accuracy in reservation systems
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Process payments and manage cash drawer operations with precision
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams for seamless operations
- Utilize property management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio) for daily tasks
- Uphold brand standards through consistent service delivery and attention to detail
- Assist with VIP guest arrangements and special requests
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in front desk or customer service role
- Proficiency with property management systems and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- Valid North Carolina driver's license may be required
- Basic knowledge of hotel operations and local attractions
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
