Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly and addressing inquiries promptly.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservation management.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, hallways, and public areas.
- Handle cash transactions and operate hotel management software accurately.
- Collaborate with kitchen and maintenance staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues with patience and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and POS systems.
- A positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping others.
