Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out procedures with precision and warmth
- Process reservations and room assignments using Opera PMS system
- Address guest inquiries and resolve service concerns promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
- Uphold brand standards through exceptional customer service
- Assist with VIP guest requests and special arrangements
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with property management systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of San Jose attractions and transportation
- Valid California driver's license (preferred)
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Professional appearance and positive demeanor
