Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process using hotel management software.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering multi-line phone systems and responding to guest inquiries via email and in-person.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, balancing the daily bank deposit.
- Monitor security cameras and building access points to ensure the safety and security of guests and property.
- Process maintenance requests and coordinate with housekeeping to ensure guest rooms are prepared promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby environment at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; previous hospitality experience is a plus.
- Must be available to work rotating shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management systems (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch).
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation and a positive attitude.
